Scan or impression, bite registration, shade and photography are checked against the work order before a technician is assigned. Anything missing is raised the same day.

Dentine, body and enamel are fired in sequence so depth comes from the material rather than from surface stain. Four to six firings on an anterior case.

Perikymata, lobes and the incisal edge are shaped under raking light. The case is signed, photographed and boxed with its case card.
